Flank steak

Seafood saffron risotto

Saffron risotto with prawns, mussels, and smoked paprika coulis. Full of flavor, rich in seafood, and refined by the distinctive taste of saffron. The smoked paprika coulis gives this dish that little extra character. A special that makes you want to linger a little longer.
